A group of kids last week were driving drunk from downtown and ran into a concrete wall going 90 mph.. I didn’t know any of them personally, but most of them were younger siblings of people I’ve gone to school with for years. One of them died on impact, another died today, and one has significant brain damage. Only one girl was wearing a seat belt and she is still badly injured. The driver is still unaware he killed anybody in the accident. The worst part is he will be going to jail as soon as he recovers and last month his older brother died in a car accident… that poor family. I seriously can’t even imagine what everyone is going through. It makes me realize how unpredictable life is and I hope everybody wakes up and starts making better decisions because of this.
sounds like what happended to my sister. The driver got off pretty lightly though!
Aww I’m sorry. Well the driver is over 18 and will be charged for a dui and manslaughter along with other things, so I bet he won’t get off too lightly.
that’s good then. such a shame when younge people are taken away though.
